15 December 2023 was declared a special public holiday to celebrate the Springboks’ victory in France on 28 October 2023 where they won their fourth Rugby World Cup. We join our fellow South Africans, locally and abroad, in celebrating their victory as our nation stands reminded that we can compete and succeed on the world stage.
